Collective is a skate shop in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas owned and operated by skateboarders. The name Collective comes from the idea that a strong local skateboard scene comes from the collective efforts of each and every skateboarder in that scene.

The idea to open Collective was sparked in late 2003; however, it wasn't until mid 2006 when Chris Goulet and Andy Ohlin started officially putting it together. After a solid year of planning and fine tuning, Collective opened August 17, 2007.

Collective is focused on building and strengthening our skateboard community in DFW and Texas, supporting our local skateboarders and providing the highest quality skateboards, footwear and garments for men, women, boys and girls of all ages.
